Stopped for ice cream. The pumpkin cheesecake was excellent - creamy as well as good flavor. They also had peanut butter Ice cream pup cups !! We will return.

Always a great place to stop in and grab a quick bite and cone. Only place I can count on to be quality and reliable in every aspect all the time. Highly recommended and keep an eye out for their partnership with Cousins Maine Lobster. They have them drop by regularly now and that's always an added benefit and bonus.

This small ice cream shop just north of Shoemakersville is a gem that you need to try! To start their ice cream is house made and there are currently 46 flavors of hard ice cream on the menu! They also have soft ice cream, water ice and a nice size hot menu of burgers, hot dogs and appetizers as well as frozen treats for sale in the freezer. All food is counter service, there are 5 booths and 2 tables in the main room and 3 booths in a side room for seating. House made is the key here! I have been here multiple times and have never had a flavor I didn't like! Today I asked if I could customize a banana split and they said yes! You can get any 3 flavors of ice cream, I choose the Double Peanut Butter and cookies for all 3 scoops with Peanut butter sauce over all and the banana slices, whipped cream and cherries like a normal sundae. This turned out to be a great choice. My wife opted for the traditional Banana split! Candy's has been known to get busy as it is a small place, but they usually have plenty of help behind the counter to take care of the line. They have a nice sized parking lot off to the side of the building and a back entrance on East Bellevue Ave. If you are looking for good homemade ice cream and like options, this is the place for you!

Amazing ice cream and food at Candy's served by friendly people. The banana split was awesome and the ice cream cold and hard. We also ordered pizza rolls (yum), a hot dog, soft pretzel, and an order of fries. Everything was ready quickly, the order filled accurately, and the gals so friendly. Dunkin, where we stopped early, screwed up not only our order but several other peoples; they ought to take lessons from Candy's on how to prepare food, keep track of it, and offer friendly service. best place for their wings!!! nice and crispy. great choice of flavors!( Craig's special is the best ) very friendly workers.. ice cream also great honestly best place for ice cream and food. Need to try it out. It won't be disappointed.

I can't say anything more wonderful than what's already been posted here. Except... They have fried pickles that are SPEARS not chips.! My favorite rare find.

Tasty, little ice cream spot with tons of hard ice cream flavors! I took a bit too long deciding what flavor to go with but settled on bacon and PB&J. I really enjoyed the bacon and how different that was. There is also a jalapeño flavor! Certainly want to try that next time. The prices are solid, especially on the Italian ice with their 2-5 half price happy hour. I went back and got a medium blue ras of that for $1.17! The place is cute and seems to be pretty busy. I was really blown away by the options and uniqueness of the flavors. Hope to be back!
